We are looking for a seasoned professional who can deliver exceptional customer service, manage budgets, and execute company programs. Our ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Select and develop recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Prepare and serve made-to-order dishes from the menu selection
- Establish and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to meet budget requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure a positive dining experience
- Hire and train hourly staff members to assist with food service and opening/closing duties
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sous-chef or similar role
- Post-secondary culinary degree or diploma preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to prepare a variety of culinary dishes using PRIMA recipe database
- Strong business acumen to manage budgets and P&L concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
