Job Description

B.C. is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
