We are currently seeking an Operational Standards Officer to support our growing operation. This role will centralize ownership of operational standards, policies, and tools, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in operations, quality assurance, or standards management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drafting, structuring, and organizing operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), reference materials, and work tools.
  • Ensuring all documentation aligns with evolving operational needs, best practices in the industry, and meets regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with peers within the program and overall organization responsible for policy development and approval.

This position requires strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in coaching or training employees, are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or standards management is required. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000-$80,000.
