We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Go Motel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial records and establishing, maintaining and balancing accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: You will be in charge of keeping accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Your task will be to prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required by management.
  • Reconciliation: You will be responsible for reconciling accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Work Experience: You should have less than 7 months of work experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and good organizational skills are essential for this position.

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
