Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Team Home Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with team members and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Team Support: Assist team members with tasks and projects as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
