Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Team Home Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Respond to employee inquiries, address customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, prepare correspondence, and maintain office supplies.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1-2 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
