Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Team Home Realty Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, and prepare reports.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Electronic Scheduler.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid work environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
