About the Role

Zeno Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consumer practice, driving client service, new business, team development, and management excellence. As an Account Director, Consumer, you will develop and execute PR strategies, programs, and media plans that deliver consistent results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive PR strategies and programs in our Consumer practice
  • Provide expert counsel to clients on total account management, traditional and emerging PR strategies, media strategy, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated programs, including influencer/creator partnerships
  • Lead and mentor junior talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Manage multiple priorities, work against deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 6+ years of consumer PR experience in an agency setting
  • Proven track record of success in providing creative and strategic counsel to clients and building credibility with senior-level client contacts
  • Strong media strategy experience and ability to develop and deliver client presentations
  • Experience working on integrated programs, including influencer/creator partnerships
  • Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing junior talent
