Modern Niagara is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive - Controls Specialist to join our team in the GTA/SWO area. As a key member of our Controls Service team, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, generating PM contract sales, and creating recommendations for building improvements/optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop opportunities to grow the Controls business
- Work closely with the Controls Service team to deliver value to customers and establish strong client relationships
- Create and drive process changes to develop winning strategies, account management, issues resolution, and order closure
- Establish effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization to expand Modern Niagara's market opportunities
- 3+ years of Account Management experience
- Solid understanding of both BAS and HVAC systems/equipment
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Previous client-facing experience is a requirement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
