About the Role

As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our small business clients. Your primary focus will be to manage a portfolio of high-value and complex relationships, achieving retention and other negotiated goals while meeting Scotiabank's Service Standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business owners, providing comprehensive advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with small business owners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of small business financial products and services, including financial statements, risk management policies, and legal documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Language Requirements
