About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Director to join our team at Fueling Brains Academy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood education center, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for our students, and fostering strong relationships with our families and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our center staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our curriculum team to design and implement engaging and effective educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality care and education to our students.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with our families, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their child's educational journey.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with staff and families, and a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
