Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

Gilgal Janitorial Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our janitorial services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
