Janitorial Services Manager

Gilgal Janitorial Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Services Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of professionals in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and control daily janitorial operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  2. Evaluate and improve daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  3. Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules to meet business needs.
  4. Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance and quality.
  5. Manage budgets and inventory to ensure effective resource allocation.
  6. Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  7. Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a janitorial or facilities management role.

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
