- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized effectively.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work Environment: 35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
