Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality in our services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure that our services are delivered within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
