Janitorial Services Manager

Gilgal Janitorial Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Services Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional cleaning services.

Job Details:

  • Salary: $26.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend
  • Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
  2. Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  3. Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our clients
  4. Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality
  5. Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources
  6. Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
