Job Responsibilities
  • Develop strong telephone and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Demonstrate dedication to providing excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize outgoing personality and enthusiasm to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Manage small business details while working independently, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities
  • Confidently operate typical office equipment and computer software, particularly Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling is a valuable asset, though not mandatory
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service or Telemarketing Role is preferred but not essential
