Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Paymentus. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
About the Role
The Customer Service Ambassador will be working in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and printers. The role requires the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Payments: Process payments for our client's mutual customers, both inbound and outbound.
- Regular Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Customer Support: Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing relative information in a professional business manner.
- Call Center Scripts: Follow call center scripts and processes when handling different topics.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to improve client satisfaction.
- Availability: Be available to work on statutory holidays and/or as needed by the business.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Education: A secondary school diploma or minimum of high school diploma.
- Inbound Call Center Experience: Inbound call center customer service experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, requiring regular breaks and the ability to work effectively at a desk for extended periods.
