Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a diverse client base while providing top-notch service. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for clients via telephone and email
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to clients
  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a collection agency or client services environment
  • Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Location

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,600 - $39,600 per year (approximately $2,800 - $3,300 per month), depending on experience. This full-time position is located in our office, allowing for a great work-life balance.
