Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, ensuring that our management team has the information they need to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods.
