Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports and maintain open communication with team members and management.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced work conditions and physical demands.
- Supervision: 5-10 people, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
