Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Shivraj Ghuman Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
