We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Shivraj Ghuman Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire construction staff and oversee their training and development.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in construction or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Work Environment:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will work on construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
