Position Overview

SHIVRAJ GHUMAN CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Equivalent experience may also be considered
Preferred Languages
  • Hindi
  • Panjabi; Punjabi
Work Environment
  • Primarily outdoors
  • May involve exposure to noisy conditions

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and various reports
  • Supervise and manage workers and projects
  • Coordinate and schedule activities effectively
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions
  • Provide training or arrange for training sessions
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 laborers.

Security and Safety

Must pass a criminal record check.

Experience
