Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Subway restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on customer service and food quality
