Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
