Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, including servers, kitchen helpers, and other support staff.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, and that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, and to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration
