We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at the CFDC of the North Okanagan. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the delivery of social and community service programs, administering programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues, and providing coaching to individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the effectiveness of social and community service programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Administer programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide coaching to individuals and groups, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Work with community partners to develop and implement programs that address social issues and promote community development.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in social issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as social work, community development, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as case management, program administration, or social services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
