About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at the CFDC of the North Okanagan. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the delivery of social and community service programs, administering programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues, and providing coaching to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social and community service programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Administer programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide coaching to individuals and groups, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  • Work with community partners to develop and implement programs that address social issues and promote community development.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in social issues and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as social work, community development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as case management, program administration, or social services.
  • or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
