Job Title: Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Community Futures North Okanagan. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in evaluating the delivery of social and community service programs, administering programs for non-governmental organizations, and providing coaching to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social and community service programs
  • Administer programs for non-governmental organizations
  • Provide coaching and support to individuals and groups
  • Work with community partners to develop and implement programs
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop plans to address community needs
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
