Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lean Sigma professional to drive operational excellence and lead transformational projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of Lean Sigma methodologies, and excellent coaching and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational improvement projects across the organization, leveraging Lean Sigma tools and methodologies to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop project plans, and execute projects to achieve desired outcomes.

• Coach and mentor teams to develop their Lean Sigma skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• Analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective change management strategies to drive lasting impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations, or related field, coupled with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in continuous improvement and transformational projects.

• Black Belt or Green Belt certification in an industrial environment, with in-depth knowledge of generic business and manufacturing processes.

• Expertise in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies, with the ability to coach and train operational teams and individuals.

• Proven track record in operational roles, with experience in aerospace or industrial companies (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality).
