About the Role

Cementation Canada is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and enhancing our safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize our processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and short-term interval control processes.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and technological advancements to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or technician with a strong background in mining operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
