Continuous Improvement Lead

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in implementing our operational excellence program across various functions and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to apply continuous improvement tools and techniques to drive problem-solving and performance improvement. Additionally, you will help employees develop their continuous improvement skills and become self-sufficient.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to empower teams in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to measure, track, and report performance improvements, waste reduction, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, and logistics and warehousing, to drive operational excellence.
- Engage with external partners, suppliers, and industry networks to stay updated on best practices and trends in operational excellence.
- Apply change management processes to drive cultural shifts and behavioral changes within the organization.
- Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerBi to analyze data, derive insights, and drive action towards delivering timely results and meeting KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence, negotiate, and apply commercial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role in the CPG industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and software applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
