Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Hasty Market is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's finances effectively.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that sales workers are working efficiently.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
