Job Title: Sydney Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and promoting our financial services products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a courteous and professional manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management as needed
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Follow client processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
  • Document call resolution in CRM records and other systems as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • State or federal work experience
