Job Title: Sydney Telecom Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and make recommendations to meet their needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
