Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our pastry operations and ensuring the highest quality of our baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious desserts and baked goods.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior pastry role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry arts, ingredients, and equipment.
