About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Calgary, AB. As an integral part of our Rogers Business team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by delivering industry-leading value to small and medium-sized businesses within your region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell our full suite of products to small and medium-sized businesses, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge to build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Identify and analyze client business requirements, propose tailored solutions, negotiate, and close new business revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and technologies, ensuring seamless delivery and support to meet customer needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives for Rogers Business services, while providing accurate weekly and monthly sales commitments.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A strong skill set in cold calling, door knocking, and prospecting for new business, with a proven track record of success in sales roles.
  • B2B selling experience within the SMB market, preferably in telecommunications or related technical fields.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple competing priorities to meet sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel throughout the region.

What We Offer
