Enterprise Data Center Operations Specialist

At Stellar Recruitment Inc., we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Center Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a technical leader who can drive operational excellence and implement innovative strategies in the support and optimization of data centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety Champion: Lead as a courageous safety champion by adhering to and promoting safety and environmental standards within the data center environment.
- Data Center Systems Development: Collaborate closely with business partners to develop, enhance, and maintain data center systems to ensure high operational performance.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Design and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules, providing after-hours support to ensure seamless operations across enterprise data centers.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise vendor access for service calls, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution while maintaining high operational standards.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams on data center design, deployment strategies, and best practices for scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.

About the Role:- Experience: Solid experience in data center operations support and design, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, cooling infrastructure, space management, and move requests.
- Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience in installing and configuring physical servers, storage systems, networking hardware, and cabling for new setups.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in managing technical priorities and backlogs, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed while keeping long-term goals in sight.
- Creativity: A passion for exploring and implementing creative, non-standard solutions to improve data center operations and infrastructure.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across distributed teams and all levels of the organization.
The estimated salary for this role is $65-70 per hour, based on industry standards and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects individual qualifications and experience.
