Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator for Trade Marketing to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for coordinating production and fabrication projects across North America. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple vendors will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our brand experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Brand, Commercial, and Retail partners to plan, budget, and execute production and fabrication projects
  • Coordinate with external partners to deliver printed and fabricated materials to stores
  • Partner with Retail Excellence and Brand Operations teams to develop and implement new account opening production needs
  • Maintain and update production coordination dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
  • Work with Visual Merchandising and Retail Communications teams to provide consistent information and direction

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience working with production and fabrication vendors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
