Job Description

Foiclon is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Access Manager Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Access Manager solutions for large-scale applications
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture deliverables, including models and documentation
  • Sustain large identity and access management systems, including administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Implement and sustain large application implementations based on Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, and other technologies
  • Provide incident and problem management services, including triaging, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving application problems
  • Ensure quality assurance and control methodologies are applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Access Manager 11g and 12c, especially web application integration using webgate
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus
  • At least 4 years of experience with implementations with over 10,000 registered users
  • Working knowledge and understanding of IT Security Technologies, particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as PKI, PMI, and SSL
  • Experience with solution design for business application to integrate with access management service using SAML2, OIDC industry standard protocol

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
  • Experience with developing enterprise architecture deliverables based on Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture methodologies, processes, and practice
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
