As a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's reputation and enhancing employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced communications professional to support our corporate affairs and communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans that align with our business objectives and strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support business objectives and initiatives;
  • Draft, edit, and proofread content for internal and external audiences, including intranet articles, website content, presentations, videos, graphics, and newsletters;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, business units, and other stakeholders to manage projects of varying complexity;
  • Implement and manage internal and external communications platforms, working closely with IT and other teams to develop and maintain best practices;
  • Measure communication effectiveness and provide recommendations based on findings and learnings;
  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners and colleagues across the organization;
  • Integrate effective processes and best practices in all projects to deliver on the organization's internal communications needs and strengthen the employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Typically 5+ years' relevant experience in journalism, communications, blogging, or social media management;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, including an understanding of newswriting techniques;
  • Experience creating strategic communications plans (from research to measurement) and designing strategies to meet organizational objectives;
  • Ability to leverage a strategic brief to develop effective communications;
  • Proven ability to build and execute plans to enhance employee engagement;
  • Highly computer literate with strong command of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, etc.).
