Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Banking Specialist to join our team at BMO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing financial solutions and advice to support their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing financial solutions and advice to support their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with BMO's lending and portfolio management policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term business success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, financial markets, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of BMO's lending and portfolio management policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
