Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant


Job Summary:


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Mattawa River Resort Inc. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort facilities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Housekeeping: Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Laundry: Operate and maintain laundry equipment to ensure that linens and uniforms are clean and in good condition.
  • Supply Distribution: Ensure that all guests have a sufficient supply of towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:



  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Excellent written communication, Values and ethics, Patience, Honesty

Working Conditions:


Our resort is located in a rural area and offers a unique opportunity to work in a remote location. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team to maintain the high standards of our resort.
