**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email and phone
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • 1 year of customer service experience is an asset
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
