About the Role

The Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in conjunction with the sales department to provide a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, insurance, warranties, leasing, and incentive programs.
  • Present customers with a menu of available package options to ensure they are provided with all available choices.
  • Obtain waivers or held harmless agreements for products denied by the consumer.
  • Sell financing, parts and labor agreements, insurance products, and other aftermarket protection products to clients.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare all documentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning, etc., related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles.
  • Maintain all reports and records as required by the manufacturer, dealership, and suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturer finance centers, and third-party vendors.
  • Keep customers and staff updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery, aiming for delivery to occur within 2 days throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • AMVIC certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Dealership Management Systems is considered an asset.
