**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate in conjunction with the sales department to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Function as a key member of the sales team by providing exceptional service to customers as F&I is the last point of contact in the dealership before the customer leaves with their new vehicle.
