Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 2+ years of industry experience.
