About the Role:

We're seeking an IT Residential CRM Coordinator to support our residential business initiatives. This role will work with a cross-functional team to operationalize a new lead generation capability, ensuring quality of data in resident profiles and enabling personalization through better analytics and omnichannel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with residential teams to implement database enhancements, integrations, and optimizations for lead generation and guest profile building.
  • Partner with marketing and operation stakeholders to understand their residential targeting and recognition needs.
  • Define key metrics to track and manage the health of the residential marketable database.
  • Manage business rules for residential marketing subscriptions and ensure privacy and security compliance.
  • Support residential teams on best practices for database management and CRM system utilization.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in problem identification, root cause analysis, and trend identification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a strong capacity to foster and maintain relationships within a team-oriented environment.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and Salesforce, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and techniques.
