About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Residential CRM Coordinator to support our residential business. The successful candidate will work with a cross-functional team to operationalize a new lead generation capability for the residential business. This role will involve collaborating with residential teams and developers to implement database enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to support lead generation and guest profile building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with residential teams and developers to implement database enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to support lead generation and guest profile building initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing and operation stakeholders across the organization to understand their residential targeting and recognition needs and build out capabilities and processes to deliver.
  • Define key metrics to track, monitor, and manage the health of the residential marketable database.
  • Manage business rules for residential marketing subscriptions.
  • Ensure privacy and security compliance on the marketing database.
  • Support residential teams and developers on best practices for database management and CRM system utilization.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in problem identification, root cause analysis, and trend identification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong capacity to foster and maintain robust relationships within a team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Essential experience in Salesforce, possessing a thorough understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
