Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at D&J Metal Fabrication Inc. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  2. Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  3. Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
  4. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  5. Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Technical Requirements
  1. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  2. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Windows and Outlook.
Work Environment
  1. Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  2. Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
